Cambre is excited to announce a digital partnership with the Foundation for European Progressive Studies’ (FEPS) flagship event UNited for a new Multilateralism on 18 September in the lead-up to this year’s historic 75th UN General Assembly. The event will bring together progressive leaders for insightful discussions on the future of the UN, and how the Covid-19 pandemic has provided a unique opportunity to reform the multilateral system to ensure it is inclusive and future-proof. Distinguished speakers at this year’s event include Josep Borrell, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission, Joseph Stiglitz, Nobel Laureate in Economics Sciences, Heiko Maas, German Foreign Minister, and Fabrizio Hochschild-Drummond, Special Advisor to the Secretary General on the UNGA.

FEPS will present the findings of its policy report on a new, fair, and inclusive multilateralism and on how the UN can be reformed to better exemplify these ideals in the 21st century.
